Guests are encouraged to express themselves through bold and creative fetish-inspired fashion. Latex, leather, corsets, glamour, lingerie, cosplay, alternative fashion, and themed outfits are all welcome. There are also prizes awarded in the Best Dressed competition.

The Fet Gala features live DJs across two levels, stage performances, fetish fashion showcases, BDSM and Shibari demonstrations by Studio Kink, a KINK ZONE, media wall, cloakroom facilities, and immersive entertainment throughout the venue.

At Red Heaven Events, our goal is simple: to create a fun, inclusive, respectful, and safe environment where everyone can enjoy themselves.

By purchasing a ticket and attending any Red Heaven Events event, including The Fet Gala, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Respect, Consent & Guest Conduct

Red Heaven Events celebrates individuality, creativity, self-expression, and themed attire. Some guests may choose to wear outfits that are bold, revealing, or provocative. All attendees are expected to respect the personal boundaries of every guest at all times.

Consent is mandatory.

No touching, physical contact, or inappropriate behaviour is permitted unless expressly invited or consent has been given.

Any attendee found engaging in unwanted touching, harassment, intimidation, aggressive behaviour, inappropriate conduct, or any action that negatively impacts another guest's experience may be immediately removed from the event.

Guests removed from an event for breaching these rules will:

• Not receive a refund;

• Not receive a credit or transfer;

• Be refused entry to future Red Heaven Events at the organiser's discretion.

If you experience or witness behaviour that makes you feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or harassed, please notify Michael, venue security, or a member of the Red Heaven Events team immediately. We can only investigate and address issues that are brought to our attention during the event.

Our aim is to provide quality events attended by respectful people. Guests who cannot adhere to these standards are not welcome at Red Heaven Events.

2. Photography & Videography

Red Heaven Events regularly engages professional photographers and videographers to capture the atmosphere and experiences of our events.

By attending a Red Heaven Events event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event.

These images and recordings may be used for:

• Social media content;

• Event promotion;

• Advertising and marketing campaigns;

• Website galleries;

• Future event promotion;

• Other promotional and commercial purposes associated with Red Heaven Events.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, you should advise the photographer or videographer at the time.

Guests who voluntarily pose for photographs acknowledge that those images may be published across Red Heaven Events marketing channels.

Red Heaven Events cannot accept responsibility for complaints regarding the publication of images where a guest has willingly participated in photography or videography.

All photographs and video recordings taken by Red Heaven Events or its contractors remain the property of Red Heaven Events. Red Heaven Events retains all rights to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such content without further notice or compensation.

3. Entry Requirements

Red Heaven Events and the hosting venue reserve the right to refuse entry to any person for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

• Failure to comply with the event dress code or theme;

• Intoxication or suspected intoxication;

• Suspected drug use;

• Aggressive, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour;

• Failure to comply with venue policies;

• Failure to provide valid identification where required;

• Conduct that may pose a risk to the safety or enjoyment of other guests.

Venue security personnel have absolute discretion regarding venue entry and removal decisions. Red Heaven Events cannot override decisions made by venue management or security staff.

No refunds will be provided where entry is refused by venue security or management.

4. Removal From Venue

Any guest who is removed, escorted from, or denied continued access to the venue by venue security, venue management, law enforcement, or Red Heaven Events staff due to:

• Excessive alcohol consumption;

• Drug use or suspected drug use;

• Disorderly conduct;

• Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour;

• Harassment of other guests;

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions; or

• Failure to follow reasonable directions from event staff or security,

will not be entitled to any refund, credit, transfer, compensation, or future event access.

5. Venue Changes & Event Modifications

Red Heaven Events reserves the right to change:

• Venue location;

• Event room or event space;

• Event schedule;

• Entertainment lineup;

• DJs, performers, hosts, or attractions;

• Operating hours;

• Event format or event inclusions;

where circumstances beyond our reasonable control require such changes.

Venue changes, performer substitutions, timetable changes, venue closures, government requirements, force major events, or operational requirements do not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

There are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS for:

• Change of mind;

• Failure to attend;

• Late arrival;

• Refused entry;

• Removal from the venue;

• Intoxication;

• Drug-related incidents;

• Failure to comply with dress code requirements;

• Breach of event rules;

• Venue changes;

• Entertainment or lineup changes; or

• Any other circumstance not required by Australian Consumer Law.

Any refund that may be required under Australian Consumer Law will be assessed in accordance with applicable legislation.

7. Assumption of Risk

Guests attend Red Heaven Events at their own risk.

Red Heaven Events accepts no responsibility for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings;

• Personal injury;

• Actions of other attendees;

• Circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control.

Attendees are responsible for their own behaviour, safety, and wellbeing throughout the event.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or entering the venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Red Heaven Events reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice where reasonably necessary for the operation and safety of its events.
